Returns and Exchange Policy
At Lovenia Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our returns and exchange policy:
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at Loveniajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please ensure that you initiate your return within this timeframe to be eligible for a return.
Return Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, and in pristine condition.
- Items must not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If upon inspection, returned items are found to be in a condition other than described above, we reserve the right to deny the return and withhold issuing a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
